1. No Physical Products
We do not sell physical goods; therefore, returns are not applicable.

All payments are non-refundable
Exceptions may be considered only in genuine cases at our discretion
3. Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance
No refund for missed or completed sessions
4. Rescheduling
One-time rescheduling is allowed with prior notice
Multiple rescheduling requests may not be accepted
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service termination and possible legal action.
